H2 Seismic Pro was founded to bring PhD-level structural and seismic engineering directly to California property owners — without the layer of contractor markups or generalist consulting that usually sits between an engineer and the asset. Doctoral research in the behavior of structures under seismic load anchors the practice; field experience supporting retrofit and tenant improvement projects across the Bay Area sharpens it.
Every PE-stamped report and drawing that leaves the firm is reviewed and stamped personally by the principal engineer. The engineering judgment on each project — what to model, how to detail it, how findings interact with the building’s broader seismic risk profile — is performed by the named PE of record on the deliverable, not delegated to a checklist.
